Baby Massage offers a fantastic opportunity for you to interact with your baby in a nurturing way.
Studies show that baby massage can:
- help babies sleep better, and cry and “fuss” less
- help with trapped wind or constipation and can soothe colic
- build parents’ confidence in reading baby’s cues and communicating with them
- help mums suffering from post natal depression

Learning baby massage with us is easy, friendly and relaxing! With our courses the massage techniques are taught over a period of weekly sessions. Each time you learn new strokes and build up until you have learnt the full routine and can massage your baby from head to toe!

Learn with your friends:
If you already have a small group of friends with babies that you would like to learn with then we can arrange a group zoom time just for you! Perfect for NCT groups! Please contact us to discuss availability (see price list above).
1 to 1 sessions:
Some parents prefer to learn baby massage on a 1 to 1 basis, because it suits them and their baby better, or they would like their partner or other family member to learn alongside them. Please contact us to discuss availability (see price list above).
